We know the standard business model doesn’t work for everyone. Many in our community are neurodivergent, values-led, or simply building in a way that feels more instinctive than linear and that’s more than okay.
It’s why for the FOUNDERS exists.

The energy behind for the FOUNDERS.
It started with a magazine, The Indie Guide in 2020, a small, self-published print created to celebrate independent business owners and the bold, strange, brilliant things they were building.
But really, it started long before that.
Throughout my twenties, I chased idea after idea, furry bikinis, tie-dye socks, neck ruffles, always dreaming of building something of my own. At 22, I quit my full-time job to launch a furry bikini company.
It failed.
But what if I’d had the right support? A mentor who understood me? A community that had my back?
That “what if” stayed with me.
how it STARTED
One Christmas party. Zero expectations. Sold out in 2 weeks.
In December 2023, I hosted a Christmas party for solo business owners with one simple mission: to bring together people who usually do things alone. It sold out in two weeks. That night confirmed a gut feeling: founders don’t need more noise, they need each other.
Today, it’s a growing community of creatives, entrepreneurs, and independent thinkers who want to do business differently, with heart, with people, and with purpose.
It’s not a co-working space.
It’s not just a networking group.
It’s where stories meet energy. Where learning happens through real-life presence. Where good people attract good people.
This is a space for the curious, the quietly brilliant, the first-time founders, and the visionary dreamers, anyone building something meaningful who doesn’t want to do it all alone.
